The present disclosure provides a method for producing a feedstuff for ruminants to promote the production of endogenous omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids. The method includes mixing materials of total mixed ration having a hay stock, a grain feedstock, a silage feedstock, a vitamin component, a mineral component, and a liquid raw material, wherein the grain feedstock includes linseed, the vitamin component including Vitamin E； and adding water to make the feedstuff contain 40 to 50 percent of water. The present disclosure also provides a method of feeding management for ruminants to promote the production of endogenous Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids.
