Vegetative nerve balancing algorithms unit (17) sets the beats per unit time as HR, and the approximation HFa of vegetative nerve balance is found out by following formula (1). HFa=k1*HR3+k2*HR2+k3*HR+k4.. formulas (1) wherein, k1=-0.0003, k2=0.0796, k3=-8.5795, k4=325.3. Thereby, it is possible to obtain vegetative nerve balance according to beats HR. Thereby, it is possible to determine that vegetative nerve is balanced by the measurement of short time.末端脈搏波計測單元(3)計測末端脈搏波。心跳數運算單元(16)根據計測末端脈搏波來運算每單位時間的心跳數。植物神經平衡運算單元(17)設所述每單位時間的心跳數為HR，通過下述式(1)求出植物神經平衡的近似值HFa。HFa＝k1*HR3+k2*HR2+k3*HR+k4…式(1)其中，k1＝-0.0003、k2＝0.0796、k3＝-8.5795、k4＝325.3。由此，能夠根據心跳數HR得到植物神經平衡。由此，能夠通過短時間的計測來判定植物神經平衡。
