PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bush cutter in which the breakage is controlled and a stable mowing operation can be performed, even when a big power joins to the side of a cutting blade.SOLUTION: A blade bracket 9, a blade suppression fitting 10, and a cutting blade 8 are freely detachably disposed at an output shaft 7, and the blade bracket 9, the blade suppression fitting 10, and the cutting blade 8 are pressed against a part 7a with steps of the output shaft 7 by a fastening member 12 through an elastomer 11. That is, the rotational driving force of the output shaft 7 is transmitted to the rotary blade 8 by the frictional force of blade suppression washers 9 and 10 caused by the pressing force of the elastomer 11. The pressing force is made constant by the elastic member 11, thereby the rotational driving force to the rotary blade 8 of the output shaft 7 can be constant, the time of the mowing operation is shortened, thereby even if being tried to be cut by an excessive power, the blade bracket 9, the blade suppression fitting 10, and the cutting blade 8 slip, and an excessive load is made not to join to an engine 1 of a rotational driving force and to each part by which the rotary drive source is transmitted.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】刈刃の側面に大きな力が加わった場合でも、破損を抑制し、安定した草刈作業が行える刈払機を提供することである。【解決手段】出力軸7に着脱自在に取り付けられる刃受け金具9、刃押さえ金具10、刈刃8を設け、刃受け金具9、刃押さえ金具10、刈刃8は、弾性体11を介し、締結部材12により出力軸7の段付部7aに押付けられる。すなわち、出力軸7の回転駆動力は、弾性体11の押付力により生じる刃押さえワッシャ9、10の摩擦力により回転刃物8に伝達される。弾性部材11により押付力を一定にしたため、出力軸7の回転刃物8への回転駆動力を一定にでき、草刈作業の時間を短くするため、過大な力で切断しようとしても、刃受け金具9、刃押さえ金具10と刈刃8がすべり、回転駆動源であるエンジン1や回転駆動力を伝達する各部への過大な負荷が加わらないようにした。【選択図】図2
