PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage chair having an ottoman with elaborated design and with a pressure treatment unit, allowing a user to stably rest lower legs, capable of comfortably massaging the lower legs, and allowing the user to use as a normal chair comfortably without feeling unpleasant pain during the massage treatment.SOLUTION: A casing frame 11 which configures the frame of the ottoman 6 of the massage chair A is composed of a top panel 11a with a slot-shaped upper opening groove 16a bored in the cross direction and a bottom plate 19 which can close the bottom of the frame 11. The pressure treatment unit 15 and an air bag 18 are interposed inside the casing frame 11. The pressure treatment unit 15 is disposed in such a state that the distal end of the pressure treatment unit faces the lower part of the upper opening groove 16a of the top panel 11a, and has a horizontally long and wide-ranged pressure line (a linear pressure face) which is retractable upward from the upper opening groove 16a.
