PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin patch which can reduce coalescence, folds, and damp at the time of use, while using a nonwoven cloth as a support, and prevent a support surface from fluffing even after peeling a reinforcement layer.SOLUTION: A skin patch according to the present invention comprises a support consisting of a nonwoven cloth, a skin agent held on one face of the support, and a reinforcement layer with a thickness of 10 μm or more peelably formed on the other face.
