PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pile fabric which is capable of obtaining a pile fabric without a raising or buffing, a pile fabric obtained using the method, and a textile product.SOLUTION: Thread lines for a front layer, a rear layer, and an intermediate layer having a lower boiling-water shrinkage than those of the front and rear layers, respectively, are used to obtain a three-layer structured knitted fabric including the front layer, intermediate layer and rear layer.
