The invention relates to an emulsion containing a mixture of aqueous and oily phases, in which the aqueous phase comprises seawater, a viscosity agent and a wetting agent, and in which the oily phase comprises polyglyceryl, hectorite, propylene carbonate, t-Butyl alcohol, a polyacrylate crosspolymer-6, at least one viscosity agent, at least one emulsifier, at least one co-emulsifier and at least one emollient, in such a way that the phases forming the emulsion are stabilised. The invention also relates to the production method that allows the production of the emulsion with above-mentioned seawater.
