PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidative hair dye or a bleaching agent composition, excellent in stability even in the case of preserving the same at high temperature, though the same contains an aromatic alcohol in high concentration, able to bring nice effect due to the high concentration aromatic alcohol, in the creamy oxidative hair dye or bleaching agent composition suitable for partial dying, and in which a first agent and a second agent can be used solely in an amount needed in time of using them.SOLUTION: The oxidation type hair dye or bleaching agent composition is used by mixing the first creamy agent of an alkaline agent-containing emulsion type with the second creamy agent of a hydrogen peroxide-containing emulsion type, and further includes a third agent containing a ≥30 mass% aromatic alcohol which is liquid at ordinary temperature.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】第1剤及び第2剤が、使用時に使用したい分だけを用いることができ部分染め用に好適な、クリーム状の酸化型染毛剤又は脱色剤組成物において、芳香族アルコールを高濃度に含有するにもかかわらず、高温で保存した場合でも安定性に優れ、高濃度の芳香族アルコールによる効果を享受できる酸化型染毛剤又は脱色剤組成物の提供。【解決手段】アルカリ剤を含有する乳化型のクリーム状第1剤と過酸化水素を含有する乳化型のクリーム状第2剤を混合して使用する酸化型染毛剤又は脱色剤組成物であって、更に常温で液体である芳香族アルコールを30質量%以上含む第3剤を有する酸化型染毛剤又は脱色剤組成物。【選択図】なし
