Die Erfindung betrifft eine dentale Füllmaterialmischung, insbesondere eine Materialmischung zur Füllung von Wurzelkanälen, enthaltend (a) ein Epoxid und (b) eine Aminosäure oder ein Aminosäurederivat. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines dentalen Füllmaterials durch Vorsehen einer dentalen Füllmaterialmischung und anschließendem Härten der Mischung sowie das durch dieses Verfahren erhältliche dentale Füllmaterial.
