Die Erfindung betrifft eine dentale Füllmaterialmischung, insbesondere eine Materialmischung zur Füllung von Wurzelkanälen, enthaltend (a) ein Epoxid und (b) eine Aminosäure oder ein Aminosäurederivat. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines dentalen Füllmaterials durch Vorsehen einer dentalen Füllmaterialmischung und anschließendem Härten der Mischung sowie das durch dieses Verfahren erhältliche dentale Füllmaterial. Des Weiteren umfasst die Erfindung ein Kit zur Bereitstellung einer dentalen Füllmaterialmischung, in dem die Komponenten (a) und (b) getrennt voneinander vorliegen.The invention relates to a dental filling material mixture, in particular a material mixture for filling root canals, containing (a) an epoxide and (b) an amino acid or an amino acid derivative.
