The present invention relates to a mineral powder coated with liposomes and a cosmetic composition containing the same. The present invention, specifically, provides a liposome-coated mineral powder by coating liposomes on the mineral powder, thereby increasing dispersibility, showing excellent formulation stability and improving feeling during use on skin.
