PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pants-type diaper, having an enough thickness and preventing a wearer from feeling uneasy about leakage of urine.
SOLUTION: This disposable pants-type diaper includes: an outer pants member 22 formed of a front abdomen part, a back part, and a crotch part provided between them, and provided with leg hole parts S formed on both sides of the crotch part and an absorptive body 23 provided on the inside of the crotch part of the outer pants member and extended in the longitudinal direction of the diaper. The crotch part R of the outer pants member 22 is formed narrower than the absorptive body 23, and the absorptive body 23 has an absorptive core between a top sheet and a back sheet, and also has side sheets 34 forming an extended part 34A and a three-dimensional part 34B on both sides of the absorptive body. At least the extended part 34A of the side sheet 34 is formed of nonwoven fabric including crimped staple.
