PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven cooking tool by which a whole surface of long and thin food that is an object to be heated is heated with high temperature, a center section of the food is also heated, and thereby cooking.SOLUTION: A first sheet and a second sheet, in which a heat generating body for generating heat by radiating microwave are respectively stacked, are connected so as to be folded at their ends so as to be arranged facing the heat generating body, and a cornice shape uneven section with mountain and valley folding sections are formed on at least one sheet.
