PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter assembly capable of reliably preventing an inner catheter from unintentionally moving longitudinally of an outer catheter.SOLUTION: A catheter assembly 1 comprises an outer catheter 11 and an inner catheter 12, and is used in an assembled state in which the catheters are assembled together. An outer catheter hub 3 of the outer catheter 11 is elastic and is provided with a valve body 32 through which an inner catheter body 5 of the inner catheter 12 is inserted in the assembled state. In addition, the inner catheter body 5 has, in its portion contactable with the valve body 32, a regulation portion 92 which regulates a longitudinal movement of the inner catheter body 5 in the assembled state.
