The invention relates to a low and very low pressure plant watering method, having the possibility of regulating the liquid flow rate, by descending the liquid free surface in a closed tank, within the range: intense or weak continuous jet, drop by drop and stopped, the work flow and pressure being kept constant throughout the operation. The watering method uses an installation comprising a tight-closed water tank (1), provided, to the inner side, with a vertical tube (2) and a nozzle (3) connected to the water supply, and to the filtration and fertilization side, a discharge nozzle (4) provided with the valve (5) wherethrough the liquid passes towards the watering installation (7) consisting of PVC pipes, elbows, T-pieces, plugs and droppers, and a system for fixing the flow rate, the watering flow rate regulation being performed by lowering or lifting the lower end of the interior tube (2), inside the tank (1), thus lowering or lifting the surface (A) of the watering liquid, which leads to decreasing and increasing, respectively, the watering pressure and flow rate up to the desired value.Invenţia se referă la o metodă de irigare a plantelor cu presiune scăzută şi foarte scăzută, având posibilitatea reglării debitului de lichid, prin coborârea suprafeţei libere a lichidului dintr-un rezervor închis, în domeniul: jet continuu puternic sau slab, picătură cu picătură şi oprit, pe întreaga durată a funcţionării, debitul şi presiunea de lucru menţinându-se constante.
