A concentrate of additives for the tank mixture, containing: from 1 to 50 mass. % surfactant, where the surfactant is a phosphate ester surfactant, a polymeric surfactant, or mixtures thereof； iot 1 to 90 mass. % triglyceride ester of a fatty acid of the formula III: in which R, R and R are independently saturated or unsaturated (C-C) -alkyl and the additive concentrate for the tank mixture forms a stable emulsion when diluted in a spray pesticide mixture. 2. The additive concentrate for the tank mixture according to claim 1, wherein the fatty acid triglyceride alkyl ester of formula III is a vegetable oil or seed oil selected from the group consisting of almond oil, canola oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, olive oil, castor oil, sunflower oil, coconut oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, linseed oil, palm oil, peanut oil, safflower oil, sesame oil, tung oil, or mixtures thereof. 3. An additive concentrate for a tank mixture according to claim 1, wherein the pesticidal spray mixture contains a herbicide, an insecticide, a fungicide, or a mixture thereof. An additive concentrate for a tank mixture according to claim 3, wherein the pesticidal spray mixture contains a herbicide. The additive concentrate for the tank mixture according to claim 4, wherein the herbicide is an auxin herbicide. The additive concentrate for the tank mixture according to claim 5, wherein the pesticidal spray mixture contains a water-soluble 2,4-D salt, a water-soluble aminocyclopyrachlore salt, a water-soluble aminopyralide salt, a water-soluble clopyralide salt, a water-soluble dicamba salt, water-soluble picloram salt, water-soluble triclopyr salt1.
