PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent and stable cleansing agent containing water and oil, which has high detergency against different types of makeup cosmetics, has little residual feeling of an oil component after cleaning, and is easily washed off with water. SOLUTION: A transparent cleansing agent containing the following (A) to (E).
