PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for facilitating compatibility between a plurality of image detectors and a plurality of medical imaging apparatuses.SOLUTION: This system has a memory for storing a detector identifier having a hardware ID related to an image detector and a firmware ID related to a software application in a medical imaging device. The firmware ID has a plurality of strings.
