A method for producing a natural deodorizing and sterilizing agent including medicinal components according to an aspect of the present invention comprises the steps of pulverizing and mixing perilla frutescens, zanthoxylum piperitum, rhubarb, and lacquer tree materials； injecting Fomes formentarius mycelia in the mixture in order to be naturally fermented； dissolving and leaching the fermented mixture in hydrogen peroxide in order to be soaked； thermally extracting the leached mixture so as to extract medicinal components； and adding alkali ion water in the medicinal extract.
