The present invention relates to a gelatin capsule drying apparatus with a self-washing function wherein a washing means for washing a basket is separately provided inside the apparatus, so that the basket can be washed in the state of being installed without being removed from the apparatus, and, in providing the said self-washing function, the structure of other components such as a blowing means are properly changed to fit for the said function, thereby performing stable and optimal drying function while enabling self-washing.
