To provide a body cooling device which can efficiently cool a body of an operator who performs works in a severe heat and which can be easily attached to a work uniform, and a work uniform to which the same is attached.SOLUTION: There is provided a body cooling device which sprays water to body side by supplying cooling water stored in a container to a water spray pipe line provided inside of a work uniform with a manual pump. The cooling water supplied from the manual pump is supplied to the water spray pipe line through a supply pipe line passing through an on-off valve and a check valve in this order. The water spray pipe line has a pair of front pipe lines which branch from the supply pipe line and reach a belly part, a chest, and a shoulder part and whose terminal end is closed, and a pair of rear pipe lines which reach a belly part, a chest, a back part and a lumbar part and whose terminal end is closed.
