PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thawing apparatus that quickly cools a material, which is to be thawed and having been overheated, with evaporative cooling by vaporization of cooling water.SOLUTION: An upper electrode 37, a lower electrode 38, a steam supply pipe 3 and a cooling water supply pipe 4 are connected to a thawing chamber 2 on which a material 1 to be thawed is placed. Electric heaters 14 and 15 for steam generation are mounted on a cooling water storage space 13 at the bottom of the thawing chamber 2. A vacuum pump 5 is constituted of a cooling water tank 22, a circulation pump 23 and ejectors 24 and 25. The cooling water tank 22 is connected to a low-temperature chiller 31. When the material 1 to be thawed in the thawing chamber 2 is turned partially overheated, the material 1 to be thawed is evaporatively cooled and the overheated state is promptly eliminated by a large amount of heat by vaporization latent heat.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 過加熱状態となった被解凍物を、冷却水の気化による気化冷却ですみやかに冷却することのできる解凍装置を得ること。【解決手段】被解凍物1を載置した解凍室2に、上部電極37と下部電極38、並びに、蒸気供給管3と冷却水供給管4を接続する。解凍室2底部の冷却水溜めスペース13に蒸気発生用電熱ヒータ14,15を取り付ける。真空ポンプ5を冷却水タンク22と循環ポンプ23とエゼクタ24,25とで構成する。冷却水タンク22を低温チラー31と接続する。解凍室2の被解凍物1が部分的に過加熱状態となった場合に、被解凍物1を気化冷却することができ、気化潜熱による大きな熱量で過加熱状態をすみやかに解消することができる。【選択図】図1
