In order to exchange processing rolls inexpensively and easily, the rotating processing device (1) is equipped with: a frame (2) a pair of processing rolls (3U, 3L) fastening mechanisms (9) for fastening said processing rolls (3U, 3L) to the frame (2) so as to be rotatable around the rotation axis lines (AU, AL) that are substantially parallel to each other and to be detachable from the frame (2) and a transfer mechanism (16) for receiving a processing roll (3U, 3L) that has been detached from the frame (2) and to transfer the processing roll (3U, 3L) out of the frame (2) substantially along the rotating axis line (AU, AL). The object to be processed, which is supplied between the processing rolls (3U, 3L), is processed by said processing rolls (3U, 3L).
