The present invention relates to a meat processing table and, more specifically, to a meat processing table capable of maintaining freshness and hygienic condition, which can maintain freshness by circulating a refrigerant through the table, can process each part in an easy manner, can recollect byproducts, generated during a processing procedure, by means of a byproduct recollection unit, can prevent a cutting board from moving during a meat processing procedure, enables a user to replace the cutting board in an easy manner when replacement is needed, can store, wash, and sterilize, at the same time, a knife and the cutting board, used for work, in storage units arranged for each location of a worker, and includes a knife storage unit having a sharpening member and enabling the user to sharpen the knife simply while the user uses the knife. According to the present invention, the meat processing table capable of maintaining freshness and hygienic condition comprises: a table which provides a workspace for processing meat； tool storage boxes which are arranged to be included in one side of a work location of the table, store tools such as cutting boards, knives, and so on, and wash and sterilize the tools； and the byproduct recollection unit which is arranged in the middle of the table to gather and recollect byproducts generated when meat is processed.본 발명은 육류 가공 테이블에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 육류를 가공함에 있어서, 테이블에 냉매를 순환시켜 신선도를 유지할 수 있고, 부위별 가공이 용이하며, 가공 과정에서 발생되는 부산물은 중앙의 부산물 회수부를 통해 모아서 회수할 수 있고, 도마는 육류 가공 작업 중 유동되는 것을 방지하면서 교체가 필요할 경우 간편하게 교체할 수 있으며, 작업에 사용하는 칼과 도마는 작업자의 위치별로 구비된 보관부에 의해 보관되면서 세척 및 살균이 가능하며, 칼 보관부는 연마부재가 구비되어 칼을 사용하면서 간편하게 연마하여 사용할 수 있는 신선도 유지와 위생 가공이 가능한 육가공 테이블에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 신선도 유지와 위생 가공이 가능한 육가공 테이블은, 육류를 가공하는 작업 공간을 제공하는 테이블, 상기 테이블의 작업위치 일측에 내장되게 구비되어 도마, 칼 등의 도구를 보관하면서 세척 및 살균하는 도구 보관함 및 상기 테이블의 중간에 구비되어 육류 가공 중 발생하는 부산물을 모아서 회수하는 부산물 회수부를 포함한다.
