PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding damage prevention device that can be made at low cost and prevents feeding damage of animals efficiently.SOLUTION: A feeding damage prevention device 1 concerning the present embodiment is configured by comprising: a sheet material 30 having flexibility and molded cylindrically a lower end 34 provided at least in one end of the cylindrically molded sheet material, and including multiple cut portions of the same direction as the cylindrical shaft direction in the circumferential direction of the sheet material 30 and an upper end 38 provided at least in the other end of the cylindrically molded sheet material 30, and including multiple cut portions of the same direction as the cylindrical shaft direction in the circumferential direction of the sheet material 30. The sheet material 30 is disposed separately from plants so as to cover the outside of the plants, and multiple through-holes each having the size where a nose and mouth portion of an animal may not enter are provided in the side wall surface of the sheet material 30.
