A method for analyzing a bio-signal according to one aspect of the present invention uses an apparatus for analyzing a bio-signal for analyzing a bio-signal based on output light outputted from a light source and then emitted from an object. The method comprises the steps of: providing a classification unit, which is machine-learned based on training data in which a measurement value for each wavelength of output light and concentration for each chromophore substance are respectively matched； inputting the measurement values of the output light emitted from the object measured by the apparatus into the classification unit； and outputting the chromophore concentration outputted from the classification unit with respect to the input. Here, the light source includes a plurality of light emitting elements outputting output light with different wavelengths.본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 생체신호 분석 방법은 광소스에서 출력된 후 대상체에서 방출된 출력광에 기초하여 생체신호를 분석하는 생체 신호 분석 장치를 이용하는 것으로, 출력광의 파장별 측정값과 복수의 크로모포어 물질별 농도가 각각 매칭된 훈련 데이터를 기초로 기계 학습된 분류부를 제공하는 단계； 상기 생체 신호 분석 장치가 측정한 대상체에서 방출된 출력광의 측정값을 상기 분류부에 입력하는 단계； 및 상기 입력에 대하여 상기 분류부에서 출력된 크로모포어 농도를 출력하는 단계를 포함한다. 이때, 광소스는 서로 다른 파장의 출력광을 출력하는 복수의 발광소자를 포함한다.
