PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member capable of preventing deviations when mounted with no spoil of the function of a belt type life jacket.SOLUTION: A stopper 1 comprises a first fixing member 2 consisting of a strip member and a second fixing member 3 provided on the opposite side of the first fixing member 2 and consisting of a strip member. A first hook-and-loop fastener 2a as the fixing part is arranged at one end part of one side of the first fixing member 2, and a second hook-and-loop fastener 2b as the fixing part attachably and detachably bonded with the first hook-and-loop fastener 2a is arranged at the other end part of the other side of the first fixing member 2.
