Ce procédé consiste: à empiler des matières à presser sur la surface supérieure dune feuille acrylique inférieure fabriquée à partir dune résine acrylique originale et présentant une épaisseur de 5∩100?, la surface supérieure de la feuille acrylique inférieure étant préalablement frottée au papier de verre et les surfaces supérieure et inférieure des matières étant revêtues dune solution de résine polyester à former une couche de résine acrylique sur les matières par coulage dune solution de résine acrylique à laquelle sont ajoutés un agent durcissant et un accélérateur de durcissement à durcir la solution de résine acrylique pendant plusieurs dizaines dheures et à empiler une feuille acrylique supérieure fabriquée à partir dune résine acrylique originale et présentant une épaisseur de 3? sur la couche de résine acrylique.
