The present invention provides an apparatus and method for manufacturing a microneedle patch which are able to produce microneedle patches forming needle-shaped bodies containing a hyaluronic acid in succession in a continuous sheet-shaped base material in which an innumerable number of microneedles are formed, and the microneedle patch manufactured thereby. The manufacturing apparatus includes: a first application unit 20 that applies an adhesive layer 4 or a hyaluronic acid layer 8 onto an elongated base material 2 using a gravure roller 23 a first drying unit 26 that dries the applied adhesive layer 4 or hyaluronic acid layer 8 and a second application unit 30 that has pressure rollers 35 and a needle forming roller 33 which rotate while being in contact and pressed against each other, and form needle-shaped bodies 6 in an integral array on the base material 2 with a conical groove 38 of the needle forming roller 33. A desired microneedle patch is obtained by attaching a reinforcing tape 10 to the rear surface of the base material 2 in addition to: applying the adhesive layer 4 onto the base material 2 by a first gravure application process and drying the adhesive layer 4, and then applying a hyaluronic acid solution by a second gravure application process and half-drying and then pressing the hyaluronic acid solution to cause a portion of the adhesive layer 4 to be integrally joined to the needle-shaped body 6 formed in the conical groove 38, or to penetrate the hyaluronic acid layer 8 to be integrally joined to the needle-shaped body 6 or causing a portion of the hyaluronic acid layer 8 applied onto the base material 2 to be pushed out into the conical groove 38 of the needle forming roller 33 to directly form the needle-shaped body.La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé qui permettent de fabriquer un timbre à micro-aiguilles et qui peuvent produire des timbres à micro-aiguilles formant des corps en forme daiguille contenant un acide hyaluroni
