The present invention provides a member management method and a member management system based on measurement data on a user of a wellness device linked with a cellular phone, linked with a wellness device and a cellular phone linked with the wellness device to invite and manage a member based on information and data on users using the wellness device. According to the present invention, the member management system comprises: a wellness device based-member management server, a wellness device based-data server, a closed community providing part, a wellness device and a cellular phone. The wellness device based-member management server is connected to a database to provide a wellness device based-member management service. The wellness device-based data server is connected to a measurement database generated when the wellness device is used and allows data sharing between users. The closed community providing part provides a closed community service between members using the wellness device. The wellness device measures a wellness state of the user. The cellular phone is interlinked with the wellness device to transmit a measurement value of the wellness device to the data server and has an application for connecting users by using the measurement value and record through the closed community.
