PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly detect a positional deviation between eyeground images including rotational movements.
SOLUTION: The eyeground image processor includes: a first collation region acquisition means for segmenting a plurality of small region images from a first eyeground image and acquiring each as a first collation region a second collation region acquisition means for segmenting a plurality of small region images corresponding to the respective first collation regions by image processing for a second eyeground image which is the image of the same part as the first eyeground image, and acquiring each as a second collation region and a position deviation detection means for detecting the position deviation amount of the first eyeground image and the second eyeground image, having a centroid movement amount calculation means for calculating the movement amount of the centroid position of each first collation region and the centroid position of each second collation region and a rotational movement amount calculation means for calculating a rotational movement amount to a predetermined rotation center on the eyeground image from the deviation amount in a predetermined collation region remaining when the centroid movement amount is applied to the predetermined collation region.
