PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for converting ammoniacal materials excreted by aquatic animals to harmless nitrates by using microorganisms.SOLUTION: Ammonia oxidizing bacteria (aerobic bacteria) fixed to Kougaseki (Niijima-feldspar stone), etc., are activated by supplying micro-nanobubbles from below a net-type biological filter 1 and a box-type biological filter 2, and ammonia components in a water tank 3 are oxidized to nitrous acid by the action of the bacteria.【課題】水生動物の排泄するアンモニア系物質を微生物を使って無害の硝酸塩へと浄化するシステムを提供する。【解決手段】ネット型バイオ濾過装置１及びボックス型バイオ濾過装置２の下からマイクロ・ナノバブルを送る事によりコーガ石等に定着したアンモニア酸化菌（好気性バクテリア）を活性化し、その働きにより水槽３内のアンモニア成分を酸化し亜硝酸に変換させる。【選択図】図１
