The health promotion database is stored with reference data. The exercise device comprises a main body, a reading unit, a detection unit, a control unit and an alarm unit. The reading unit is utilized to read the identity information of the identity recognition device. The user can use the main body of the exercise device to generate the present exercise information. The detection unit is utilized to detect the present physiological condition corresponding to the user, so as to generate the present physiological information corresponding to the present exercise information. The control unit is utilized to read the reference data of the health promotion database and to compare the present exercise information and the present physiological information of the user with the reference data.
