PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fitness jewelry with point-pressing chips for health promotion, in which health promotion chips (germanium, magnetism, black silica, etc.) and the like are made precisely pressed to individual points.SOLUTION: An elastic body such as silicone rubber is used for the inner diameter of two metallic balls 2 which serve to support from both sides health promotion chips 1 like germanium, magnetism, and black silica. The chips are made to be precisely applied to individual points of the body by freely moving the top of a chain 4 with a hand. Also, in the lowest point of a piece of jewelry worn in a calm, relaxed stance of a daily life, there is used a weight 3 of a slide fixture, a pendant top of a fixed type ring, a clasp, for example.
