The present invention relates to a massage device for massaging skin and, more specifically, to a cosmetic massage device capable of easily controlling pressure by magnets, in which the same polarities of a magnet eccentric and rotating and a magnet of a circular plate form provided to face the magnet are allowed to face each other, and which is driven by allowing only one side of the magnet of a circular plate form to be pushed by the magnet eccentric and rotating so that massage can be performed by sequentially pressing skin while forming a circular form as rubbing skin with a hand. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cosmetic massage device capable of easily controlling pressure by magnets comprises: a massage unit being in contact with a massage part and pressing around the massage part； and a pressing unit provided on an upper part of the massage unit to press the same. The massage unit has a massage tip made of a soft material, wherein a tip driving magnet of a circular plate form is provided inside the massage tip.
