The present invention relates to a composition for dyeing keratin fibers, comprising: (a) at least one direct dye (b) at least one aprotic polar solvent and (c) at least one sulfur-containing reducing agent. The composition according to the present invention can prevent or reduce skin staining by the direct dye on the skin such as scalp, as well as the stiffness of the keratin fibers, while providing the keratin fibers with good cosmetic effects such as good coloring properties.La présente invention concerne une composition qui permet de colorer des fibres de kératine et qui comporte : (a) au moins un colorant direct (b) au moins un solvant polaire aprotique c) au moins un agent réducteur contenant du soufre. La composition selon la présente invention peut prévenir ou réduire la formation de tache par le colorant direct sur la peau, telle que le cuir chevelu, ainsi que la rigidité des fibres de kératine, tout en conférant aux fibres de kératine de bons effets cosmétiques, tels que de bonnes propriétés de coloration.
