The present invention relates to an air pumping type wearable band which increases wrist pressure strength with a simple method by applying a rotational tightening part to the wearable band, and improves sensing capabilities such as the temperature and a blood pressure by the pressure. The wearable band of the present invention comprises: a band part； the rotational tightening part formed on one surface of the band part； a tightening string connected to the rotational tightening part； an air pumping part provided on an inner part of the band part and a lower part of the rotational tightening part； and an air expansion part formed on the inner part of the band part, and connected to the air pumping part.본 발명은 간편하게 밴드를 가압할 수 있는 공기주입형 웨어러블밴드에 대한 것으로, 본 발명의 웨어러블밴드는, 밴드부； 상기 밴드부의 일면에 형성되는 회전식 조임부； 상기 회전식 조임부와 연결되는 조임끈； 상기 밴드부 내부 및 상기 회전식 조임부 하부에 구비되는 공기 펌핑부； 및 상기 밴드부 내부에 형성되고, 상기 공기 펌핑부에 연결되는 공기팽창부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
