PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band improving a production efficiency in the case of printing information on the surface while being wearable by winding around the wrist or the ankle, and preventing inability to perform writing in and reading out information in a noncontact condition in the case of having a built-in noncontact information recording means for writing in and reading out information in a noncontact condition.SOLUTION: The wrist band 1 has a band-like sheet part 11 having a built-in inlet 5 for writing in and/or reading out information in a noncontact condition, and band-like sheet parts 12 and 13 each connected to both the ends of the longitudinal direction of the sheet part 11, and becomes circular by connecting the sheet part 12 and the sheet part 13.
