PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous composition that prevents generation of significant white turbidity and precipitation even when a polyvalent anionic compound and a polycationic antibacterial agent are blended as components.SOLUTION: In the aqueous composition, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether and/or a polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester are(is) simultaneously blended. Preferably, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether and/or a polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester have(has) a linear alkyl group having a predetermined number or more of carbon atoms and an HLB value of predetermined number or more.
