The useful model refers to medicine, in particular to the field of traumatology and orthopedics, namely to the design of the apparatus supports for: osteosynthesis of the foot and ankle by the method of external transosseous fixation of bones. The support of the external fixation device for the bones of the foot is made of metal flat. The support is made of a precast, contains two blocks 1 and 2, adapted to change the length of the block, connected to the possibility of dosing the distance between the blocks. The blocks are arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis 3 of the support. Each block contains one flat angled bar 4 connected to one flat extension bar 5. The corner bars are arranged symmetrically and are connected to each other by adjacent ends 6 with the possibility of changing the distance between them. Extension bars are located on the free ends of 7 corner bars with the possibility of changing the distance between the corner and the extension bar. At the adjacent ends of all slats, longitudinal slots 8 are made. On the surface of the strips in two rows, the fixing holes 11 are staggered. The adjacent strips are laid one on top of the other and fastened with tightening bolts 9 with nuts 10. The technical result consists in enabling the adjustment of the size of the inner contour of the support , which allows to improve the quality of life of the patient during the period of fixation in the apparatus, to improve the result of treatment of the foot, to facilitate the work of the doctor. 5 z.p. 4-yl, 4 yl.
