PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe which improves the position accuracy of a plunger inside the syringe and can efficiently transmit power to the plunger, and a discharge device.SOLUTION: A cylindrical syringe body 11, a discharge port 12 provided at a tip side of the syringe body 11, and a plunger 20 provided at a base end side inside the syringe body 11 are provided.
