The central cavity has a first section, a second section, and a shoulder. The second section is between the first section and the opening. The shoulder is between the first section and the second section. The second section has a larger diameter than the first section. The bottle and cup holder also has a shoulder bushing within the opening and extending into the central cavity to receive the bottle or cup.
