The group of inventions relates to the field of medical technology, and more particularly to massage devices for personal use. The aim of the invention is to provide a method of manufacture, a method of use, and a massage device itself which is capable of continuous clitoral stimulation, including by friction, and simultaneous reciprocating vaginal stimulation along the full length of the vagina. This aim is achieved by a device that comprises a first and a second elongate element, said elements being connected to one another by their first ends and capable of conjoint insertion into the vagina, by the junction of said elements. The second element is connected, by its second end, to a stimulation element with a C-shaped surface, and is designed with a C-shaped bend, is made of an elastically deformable material and is capable of straightening elastically along the first element during conjoint insertion of the elongate elements into the vagina, thus elastically moving the stimulation element along the first element from a first position in which said stimulation element is close to the first end of the first element, into a second position in which said stimulation element is close to the second end of the first element, said elongate elements forming a vaginal element. The stimulation element rests against the region of the clitoris, which pushes same during insertion, and the second element presses and turns said stimulation element over the region of the clitoris during reciprocating vaginal stimulation.
