PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaginal insertion tool and a puncture device in which manipulation to embed an indwelling object for supporting a biological tissue in the living body can be safely performed.SOLUTION: A vaginal insertion tool 5 comprises: a long vaginal insertion part 51 which is inserted into a vagina and suction holes 54 which are arranged in the vaginal insertion part 51. The suction holes 54 are formed over the entire region in a peripheral direction of the vaginal insertion part 51.
