PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a stable field of view without stopping the beating or the like of a tissue such as the heart.
SOLUTION: This guide device 1 includes: a guide rail member 2 which is engaged with an engagement section provided at least at a distal end of an insertion section of an endoscope to be inserted into the internal body of a patient, and supports the insertion section slidably along the longitudinal direction and a fixing means 3 which is provided at the distal end of the guide rail member 2 and detachably fixes the guide rail member 2 to the tissue surface in the internal body. This constitution can secure the stable field of view without stopping the beating or the like of the tissue such as the heart.
