PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate deformation along the shape of the body, and hardly generate twists and leakage.SOLUTION: A skin touching surface at a front side of a sanitary napkin 1 is formed with a recessed surface-shaped low compression part 10 which is made recessing from a skin touching surface side, a closed area part blocked by an inside curve 12 which comprises a curved line expanding to the front end side of the sanitary napkin 1 in a plane view, and an outside curve 13 which is positioned at the front end side than the inside curve 12, and comprises a curved line expanding to the front end side of the sanitary napkin 1, and whose both ends are each connected to both ends of the inside curve 12. A plurality of high compression parts 11 are sparsely formed along the inside curve 12 and the outside curve 13 in the low compression part 10.
