PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary napkin which prevents fitting property from being deteriorated caused by the movement of a wearing person or the shape of the underwear of the wearing person, has excellent productivity, and is packaged in a thin form.
SOLUTION: The sanitary napkin 1 includes an absorbent body 4 which is interposed between a liquid-permeable top sheet 3 arranged on the front surface side and a back sheet 2 arranged on the outermost surface of the rear surface. The absorbent body 4 has a bleeding region part corresponding to a bleeding region, wherein first easily mountain-foldable lines 51 extending in front and rear directions are formed at both width-direction side edges of the bleeding region part or in the vicinity thereof and also first adhesive parts 71 are arranged which allow both sides of parts corresponding to the first easily mountain-foldable lines 51 on the outer surface of the back sheet 2 to adhere each other.
