The present invention relates to a skin whitening cosmetic composition containing resveratrol triglycolate, represented by chemical formula 1, as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a skin whitening composition containing resveratrol triglycolate or cosmetically acceptable salts thereof as active ingredients, a cosmetic containing the cosmetic composition, a skin whitening pharmaceutical composition containing resveratrol triglycolate or cosmetically acceptable salts thereof as active ingredients, a skin external medicine containing the skin whitening pharmaceutical composition, and a resveratrol triglycolate compound having a skin whitening effect. Resveratrol triglycolate of the present invention inhibits the generation of melanin and expression of genes related to the generation of melanin, and thus, can be advantageously used as a skin whitening cosmetic material and a pharmaceutical composition.본 발명은 레스베라트릴 트리글리콜레이트(resveratryl triglycolate)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 레스베라트릴 트리글리콜레이트 또는 이의 화장품학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 미백용 조성물, 상기 화장료 조성물을 포함하는 화장품, 레스베라트릴 트리글리콜레이트 또는 이의 화장품학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 미백용 약학 조성물, 상기 피부 미백용 약학 조성물을 포함하는 피부 외용제, 및 피부 미백효과를 갖는 레스베라트릴 트리글리콜레이트 화합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 레스베라트릴 트리글리콜레이트(resveratryl triglycolate)는 멜라닌 생성을 억제하고, 멜라닌 생성관련 유전자의 발현을 억제하므로, 피부 미백용 화장료 및 약학 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
