A device for controlled sequential delivery of a plurality of different medicaments in a predetermined sequence to humans or animals. A device for delivering one or more medicaments to a living body, the device comprising: a first layer 2 comprising graphene and a metal composite; a second layer 10 comprising graphene and/or a graphene composite; a third layer 8 comprising a medical dressing thats located between first and second layers 2&10. The one or more medicaments are releasably contained within second layer 10. The one or more medicaments may be released upon applying an electrical charge to first and/or second layers 2,10. Where there is more than one medicament, they may be released sequentially by applying electrical charges of increasing strength to first and/or second layers 2,10. Applying electric charge to first and/or second layers 2,10 may structurally modify the graphene so releasing medicament. The device may be wrapped around a body part, possibly secured by a zip fastener 4, where the zip 4 may act as a power source for the device. An electric charge applied to first and/or second layers 2,10 may cause the device to increase pressure on a body part to which the device is applied. The metal composite may comprise one or more metals selected from copper, zinc, platinum, silver, gold, nickel, gallium, or cobalt.
