PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee plastering machine allowing a top place processing rotor to cut the top place in a uniform amount regardless of unevenness of the top place of a field or old levee.SOLUTION: The levee plastering machine includes a top place processing rotor 41 including plural tilling jaws cutting down a top place of an old levee. The rotor is supported rotatably by a top place drive force transmission frame 42, which is turnably connected to a connection shaft of a pretreatment rotor on one side, is freely oscillated in a vertical direction on the other side, and energized downward by an energizing device 35, on the other side so as to rotate. In a rear side of the top place drive force transmission frame 42, a parallel link mechanism 55 is arranged, and a grounding member 50, which contacts a top place of an old levee, is arranged at a tip side of the parallel link mechanism 55. The top place drive force transmission frame 42 constitutes a part of the parallel link mechanism 55.
